Steps to joining the club:

Start a new membership
You are in LWC #36
Your club name is “Camas Weightlifting”
The Club Number is 3614
You can, but do not need to upload a tasteful passport style photo during the membership process
Your coach is: Mark Riehl, USAW membership # 124878
Your lifting category is determined by your age, select the appropriate age only
Membership is $20 or $30 per year depending on your age, you can only sign up for a one year membership
Let Coach Riehl know your membership information when you are done

Camas Weightlifting Kicks Off

We are glad to report that the Camas Weightlifting team is underway. Practice is underway at Camas high school during the zero period. Upcoming training for the USAW Club Coach Level 1 Certification, at Thrush Performance, is happening December 13th and 14th. If your interested in going let us know. H.E.L. is also doing a CrossFit Barbell Cert in January. We will continue to look for educational opportunities for our athletes and coaches.
